Refund policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• If an error was made with your order or if it was damaged during shipping. Please contact Djebess within 2 business days of receiving your package to obtain a return authorization. The original packaging must be kept intact and must not be opened under any circumstances. Returns (if applicable) will only be accepted with a valid return authorization.
• If you experience an allergic reaction to our products. Please contact Djebess within 7 business days of receiving your package to obtain a return authorization.

Any order placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following day.
